Understanding Your Performance Data
At the heart of the dashboard is the Performance Overview, a powerful data visualization tool that helps you track your progress against key KPIs.
1. Dynamic Data Visualization
You can customize the main graph to view exactly what matters to your current strategy:
Department Filters: Toggle between Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, or Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Metrics: Sort your data by Views, Engagement Rate, Shares, ROAS, Impressions, Conversions, Open Rate, or Click Rate.
Timeframes: Analyze your growth over the Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Last Year.
2. At-a-Glance Totals
The top of your dashboard features quick-read cards for Total Views, Engagement Rate, Likes, Comments, Open Rate, Click Rate, Total Opens, Total Clicks, Total Impressions, CTR, and Cost, complete with percentage trends so you can see immediately if you are up or down compared to the previous period.
Managing Momentum
The right-hand sidebar and bottom sections of your dashboard are designed to move you from analysis to action.
1. Things To Do
This is your personalized task list. It highlights outstanding actions, such as choosing your avatar, completing your profile, or reviewing pending email campaigns, to ensure the Valiant team has everything they need to execute.
Pro Tip: If a task isn't relevant right now, you can simply click Skip to clear it from your view.
2. Most Recent Campaigns
Review your latest content wins in detail. You can filter this list by:
Best Performing: See which campaigns are driving the highest engagement and ROI.
Most Recent: Track the newest live content across your social and ad channels.
Why the Dashboard Matters
The Dashboard bridges the gap between raw data and strategic decisions. By monitoring your Channel Highlights and Trend indicators, you can quickly identify which platforms are scaling and which need a pivot. This ensures that every 15-minute strategy call you book is backed by the most current data available.
