Navigating the Strategy Document
Because our strategies are deep and data-driven, we’ve included several specialized navigation and collaboration tools to help you manage your marketing blueprint efficiently.
1. Document Outline & Quick Jump
On the left side of the screen, you’ll find a Document Outline. This acts as a table of contents, allowing you to click any heading (like "Psychographics" or "Ad Frameworks") to jump instantly to that section.
2. Strategy Collaboration Tools
In the upper-right corner, you have two essential icons for communication and tracking:
Version History: Track every update made to your strategy or revert to a previous version if your business goals pivot.
Comments: Click this to open a comment thread directly with Valiant’s strategy team. This is the best place to ask questions about specific sections or provide feedback on the proposed direction.
Core Strategy Sections
Your blueprint is divided into several key pillars:
Overview & Objectives
This section defines your "North Star." It includes a summary of your business, current revenue/MRR tracking, and specific goals for Month 1, Month 3, and Month 12. We use this to measure the success of every campaign we launch.
Audience & Psychographics
We go beyond basic demographics. This section identifies the Fears, Pain Points, and Desires of your target customers. Understanding why a chooses your company over a competitor allows us to write copy that truly resonates.
Market Messaging
The market messaging section of your strategy is where we translate your business goals into high-converting communication. It’s a breakdown of how we speak to your potential customers based on their current understanding of their problems and your solution.
Channel Execution
Detailed plans for each of your active marketing channels:
Email Marketing: Outlines your automated journeys (Welcome series, Re-engagement) and newsletter schedule.
Social Media: Features your content matrix, defining the frequency and style of your organic posts.
Paid Advertising: Lists your daily budget allocations across platforms like Meta and X, along with the specific ad frameworks we'll use to convert cold traffic.
Why a Centralized Strategy Matters
In the past, you may have worked with agencies that didn't understand your niche. By housing everything in the Strategy tab, we eliminate guesswork. This document serves as the "source of truth" for the AI Brain, ensuring that every video an Avatar records and every email sent is rooted in the proven psychological triggers and business logic defined right here.
